Development:  Homestead Village

The Homestead Village has proved to be a very popular development since inception in 2003 and even now we find an increasing amount of inquiries for this concept. The developers, Lifestyle Village, envisioned a secure, freehold village for the mature and it has settled down as a tranquil haven. Anyone looking for a complete lock-up and go home, can be assured of this situation in the complex.  

The complex is well maintained and managed by a group of dedicated homeowners. Reasonable levies and a controlled kitty are favourable assets for this investment.  

The majority of the 50 completed (majority - single storey) homes can boast sea, mountain and village views and the village shopping centre is within walking distance as is the Golf Course, tennis and squash courts.
