Development:  Homestead Village

CHAS EVERITT PROPERTY GROUP:  ST FRANCIS BAY
Property Development:  Homestead Village

The Homestead Village has proved to be a very popular development since inception in 2003 and even now we find an increasing amount of inquiries for this concept. The developers, Lifestyle Village, envisioned a secure, freehold village for the mature and it has settled down as a tranquil haven. Anyone looking for a complete lock-up and go home, can be assured of this situation in the complex.

The complex is well maintained and managed by a group of dedicated homeowners. Reasonable levies and a controlled kitty are favourable assets for this investment.

The majority of the 50 completed (majority - single storey) homes can boast sea, mountain and village views and the village shopping centre is within walking distance as is the Golf Course, tennis and squash courts. The communal gardens with aloes and other indigenous plants are a picture when in full bloom.

Several plans were submitted to first time purchasers and although most remained with the original footprints, some have sort to change the interiors to suit their requirements. Sizes range from 140m2 through to 167m2 and erf sizes from 450m2 through to 550m2. Both buildings and erven were designed to maximize on low maintenance.

Most have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage. The smaller units have carports. Several homes have been sold for the first time over the last year or so, reflecting good capital growth.

Presently we have the following units on the market:

Plots from R1,100,000
Houses from R925,000
